She will then create a Comparative Market Analysis, analyze the current market conditions, and make recommendations for the property prior to listing. A personalized marketing plan will be created and presented to you.

Home buying is an exciting and emotional time for most - you need an agent that will let you have your fun, and make sure you are getting what you truly wanted in the first place. Debi begins with a Buyer Consultation, finding out what your needs and long term goals are for your property. From there, it is a hop, skip, and a jump away from finding the right home for you.
Debi has worked with many first-time buyers. She has experience educating clients and helping them through this big step. Debi also teaches First Time Home Buyer classes for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The WSHFC provides up to $10,000 in down-payment assistance for buyers who qualify and purchase within the Seattle City Limits.
Debi also has experience with more seasoned buyers. Another one of her specialties is working with investment property buyers. Debi has several investment properties that she and her husband personally own and manage.
