Client Raves!
A Dog's Tale
While looking for a house to rent, my boyfriend Jim and I came across an open house in Georgetown and decided to go in just for fun. Of course we both fell in love with it - the hardwood floors, the high arched ceiling, the enormous kitchen, and big windows. I felt in my heart that I had to live in the house.
I had met with Debi a year earlier. (My favorite antique dealer recommended her highly to me). And I knew that if I ever wanted to buy in Seattle that I would want to use her as a real estate agent - she left that good of an impression on me. So Jim and I raced back to my apartment and I started shuffling through some papers that I had saved for one reason or another until I found Debi's card. I had to work in 20 minutes but I called her anyway. She answered (on a Sunday evening!!) and remembered me right away. I told her about the house and that if possible I wanted to make an offer on the house. She took down some information and made some phone calls and by the next morning we made an offer on the house.
I felt like a team with Debi the entire time I worked with her. I felt I had the most skilled real estate agent on my side. She bent over backwards for me - she met me around my schedule at nearby coffee houses and bakeries. She was there before I needed her at every step. And the way she listened and spoke with me made me feel like I was the only and most important thing on her agenda for the day - she has a very calm demeanor and soothing voice. She soothed me many times when I worried. And she never let a problem get in the way. When I thought that a problem was insurmountable, she came up with a creative and effective solution. I am not the most organized person, and Debi kept me on track with where I needed to be and what I needed to be doing. She made it practically effortless for me, like having a concierge in the finest hotel. Debi is the best real estate agent I could imagine, because she truly cares, is really smart, and really organized. I would recommend her to anyone." - Kate and Jim
Dear Debi,

Just a quick note of thanks to express my gratitude for the FUN!!, involved, pro-active marketing campaign you developed to successffully sell my Queen Anne condo. Such service! Such great advice! Such a pain-free transaction!
I loved your flyer. It really captured the charm of the unit. And your thinking "outside the box" for marketing no doubt sped the process.
Thanks again,
Summer
Dear Debi -
I'm writing to thank you for helping me find my great new condo! You're patience and guidance during the whole real estate process were invaluable! I know that transaction ended up being difficult for a number a reasons, and I really appreciate the extra effort you had to go to in order to make this deal happen. You took advantage of the many resources that you had in order to get everything worked out in the end. Your enthusiasm about showing property and the fact that it was really important to you that I find something I loved (which I do) was also great! Thanks!
Jessica G.
I want to take this opportunity to express my utmost thanks to you for your serving so aptly as my real estate agent recently. I am so thrilled to be a homeowner for the first time in my life at the age of 53! You were such a calming force from start to finish. I was very nervous in the home-buying process business for a couple of reasons. As I mentioned, this was my very first home purchase and my being self-employed, I couldn’t imagine that it would all come together so quickly and efficiently as it did. You were so cordial and professional in all your dealings with me. You were aware of all the details that needed to be taken care, particularly in the last days of the closing process that was so very important, as it turned out! The very best to you in your career as you continue to serve others with their needs as you have assisted me in my purchase. Glen Moritz
"I have been living in my new condo for almost 2 months and I have to tell you, I get so excited every time I open my door. I absolutely love it! I still have unpacking to do, odds and ends to fix up, but those are things I look forward to and projects I can't wait to get started on.

I wanted to thank you for all the hard work you put into finding me the perfect place and for being so patient and personable. Your really tuned into my likes and dislikes, and took the time to find all the right features in each home. I appreciated your proffesionalism and how helpful you were explaining each and every step to me on owning my first home.
I look forward to keeping in touch with you and wish you all the best on your future sales, you deserve it! Thank you very much for everything Debi." Kady C.
Simply stellar! The thing that impresses me most is that Debi really listens to what you say - and then reads your mind! I've encountered many Real Estate Agents who just help you buy something. Debi actually meets the criteria and becomes your "agent." Home buying can be an emotional roller coaster and a good agent like Debi can really smooth out the ride. When we bought our second place in 2005, we thought everything would be smooth-sailing. Very suddenly, and right at the very end (of course), it turned into the prefect storm. Just about everything that could go wrong went wrong in within 24hrs and, while I was pulling my hair out, Debi held everything together for us. Without going into the gory details, I happily recommend Debi to anyone looking for real estate in Seattle! Chris G.
