Debi will begin by doing a needs assessment with you. She will find out what your priorities, needs and goals are. She will then create a Comparative Market Analysis, analyze the current market conditions, and make recommendations for the property prior to listing. A personalized marketing plan will be created and presented to you.

Debi has worked with many first-time buyers so she has experience educating clients and helping them through this big step. Debi also teaches First Time Home Buyer classes for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The WSHFC provides up to $60,000 in down-payment assistance for buyers who qualify and purchase within the Seattle City Limits.
Debi also has experience with more seasoned buyers. Another one of her specialties is working with investment property buyers. Debi has several investment properties that she owns and manages.

When Debi is not busy working for her clients, she can be found with her husband Art, and Shorty, their beagle. Some of Art and Debi’s favorite things to do together are walking around the neighborhood, taking Shorty to Golden Gardens dog park, and hanging out in their garden.
