Light staging services will be provided at no cost to seller.
Your property will be featured on Windermere.com, Trulia, Zillow, Yahoo Real Estate, Google, Craigslist, Postlets, and other sites.
Open houses will be done the first Sunday after listing the property. I also host a Broker’s Open house the first week the property is listed, and hold the property open the first Monday for the Windermere Tour. Other opens are scheduled as needed.
All visiting brokers will be contacted via telephone and email weekly upon viewing your property for feedback on price and property condition. This feedback will be shared with you as it is received.
Weekly marketing updates will be provided. These updates are emailed to you for your convenience. Updates include the number of visiting brokers showing and previewing, hits on the online advertising, agent feedback, and a list of all marketing activities completed that week.
I limit my listings and Buyer clients to a manageable number in order to provide top service to each client.
A portion of my commission is donated to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization serving homeless families and children throughout the Northwest.
