Why should you own your own home? The reasons are endless – stability, increased net worth, and yes, now you can get a dog. The best reason that I can come up with for owning your own home is the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your home is your very own, and you can do what you want. Long gone are the days when you could not paint your bedroom that luscious color of spring green.

If you are thinking about buying a home, whether it is a single family house, townhouse, condo, or a multi-family property, you will want to talk to Debi. Debi starts off with getting to know you and finding out what your needs and priorities are. Then, Debi will take you on an Educational Tour - a tour of about six to eight homes to get you started and thinking about your home purchase. From there, it is a short hop, skip, and a jump to home ownership.

How Debi works with Buyers

Debi loves first time buyers! Debi teaches First Time Home Buyer classes several times throughout the year. The class is sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.

Debi will assist you during the home buying process and provide the following:

o Work through the the benefits and drawbacks of each home in relation to your specific needs
o guide you on being a Smart Homeowner
o negotiate the purchase of your new home
o handle all the paperwork on your behalf
